Let’s lay the groundwork.

Environment variables are present. Make sure the migration has been applied.

1. Use Node.js 24 LTS and run npm ci.
2. Start Docker, then run supabase start.
3. Copy .env.example to .env.local. Set the URL and publishable key from supabase status.
4. Run npm run dev, create an account, and save your first trip.
